About Me:
Growing up just outside of New York City, I was exposed to many different walks of life and perspectives. From an early age, I felt a deep compassion for others and a curiosity about the human experience — which naturally led me to study psychology.
My path wasn't always a straight line. I first pursued a career in the entertainment industry, but quickly realized I was being called to a life of service. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at CUNY Baruch, followed by a master's in social work from Hunter College's Silberman School of Social Work. After completing my education, I relocated to sunny San Diego — and as a lifelong surfer and lover of the ocean, I feel grateful to have found my home here.
Throughout my career, I've supported individuals facing substance use challenges, complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the power of the healing relationship and showed me how compassion and genuine presence can transform the human psyche.
Working with clients is a privilege I hold with great respect. I've devoted myself to developing the art of empathetic listening, learning evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Imago Therapy, and cultivating a safe, supportive space for healing. Most importantly, I look forward to hearing your story — and walking with you on the path toward healing, understanding, and joy.
I currently provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout California. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to connect.
